Iris' Perfect Manhattan

When we shared a bottle of Jackson McCrea Rye with with award-winning winemaker, Iris Rideau, she revealed her recipe for the perfect, dry Manhattan.

.75 oz Dry Vermouth

.25 oz Sweet Vermouth

2 oz Jackson McCrea Rye

1 dash of orange bitters

1 Luxardo cherry, and a little of its juice

stir and serve
