Cocktails: JM Black Manhattan

2 oz Jackson McCrea Rye Whiskey

1 oz Averna

16 dashes of Sorgum and Sassafrass bitters

1 dash of chocolate bitters

stir with ice until chilled

then pour using cocktail strainer

garnish with thin orange slice and star anise
