Jackson McCrea Whiskey Highball

2 oz Jackson McCrea Rye

4 oz chilled sparkling water or premium club soda

1 large crystal-clear rock of ice

1 dash orange bitters (optional)

Smoked rosemary sprig OR smoked cinnamon stick

Lemon or orange peel (expressed over the drink)


Smoke the Garnish:

• Hold a rosemary sprig or cinnamon stick with tongs and briefly torch it until it begins to smolder.

• Immediately place it inside the empty highball glass and cover with a coaster or another glass for 15 seconds to infuse the smoky aroma.


Build your Jackson McCrea Smoked Whiskey Highball :

• Fill the smoked glass with a large ice cube or rocks

• Pour in Jackson McCrea Rye and add 1 dash orange Angostura bitters (optional).

• Slowly top with chilled sparkling water for a crisp balance.


Finish with a Citrus Express:

• Express a lemon or orange peel over the drink, running it along the rim for a refined, fragrant touch.

• Drop the peel in and place the smoldering rosemary or cinnamon garnish on top for a final aromatic flourish.


Sip, savor, and let the smoky essence enhance every note.
