4 oz chilled sparkling water or premium club soda
1 large crystal-clear rock of ice
1 dash orange bitters (optional)
Smoked rosemary sprig OR smoked cinnamon stick
Lemon or orange peel (expressed over the drink)
Smoke the Garnish:
• Hold a rosemary sprig or cinnamon stick with tongs and briefly torch it until it begins to smolder.
