There are cocktails made for celebration. And then there are cocktails made for exhale.
This is the latter.
Built on the structure of Jackson McCrea Rye and softened with ginger, lemon, and honey, this cocktail was designed for slow evenings and soft landings — the moment when the day loosens its grip and warmth settles in.
Amber in hue and layered with spice, citrus, and quiet sweetness, it’s smooth without being simple. Intentional without being complicated.
A pour for reflection. A pour for reset.
Ingredients:
2 oz Jackson McCrea Whiskey
½ oz ginger liqueur
½ oz fresh lemon juice
¼ oz honey syrup (1:1)
Dash of aromatic bitters
Instructions: Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice. Strain into a coupe. Garnish with a lemon (or orange) twist.
Amber in hue and rich with spice, it’s the warmth that settles in after the day — layered, smooth, and intentional.
